Shipping policy

General Shipping Info:

  • Orders under $75: Flat-rate shipping applies.
  • FREE SHIPPING on Orders Over $75!
  • Free local pickup is available in Maryville, MO. Select this option during checkout.
  • Pickup orders must be picked up within 5 days of being fulfilled and ready for pickup. Items not picked up within 6 months will be donated. No credits or refunds will be issued for unclaimed pickup orders.


What shipping carrier do you use?

  • Due to ongoing issues with USPS, we have switched exclusively to UPS for all shipments, except for PO Box addresses. This change allows us to provide better customer service and more reliable package delivery with the support of our dedicated UPS representative.

Order Processing & Shipping Notifications:

  • The majority of our products (99%) are made-to-order. Our current standard turnaround time is always displayed in the website banner at the top of our site. The turnaround time starts the following business day after the order is placed. 
  • Once your order is shipped or marked "ready for pickup", you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details or pickup instructions.

 

Ready-to-Ship, Made-to-Order, & Preorders

  • Made-to-Order: The majority of our products (99%) are made-to-order. Our current standard turnaround time is always displayed in the website banner at the top of our site. The turnaround time starts the following business day after the order is placed. 
  • Preorders: Preorder items have specific turnaround times, which are clearly detailed in the product description. These items take longer to process, and to ensure clarity, they cannot be purchased alongside other items on our website.
  • Ready-to-Ship: These are items we have in stock and ready to go. If your order consists only of Ready-to-Ship items, it will be shipped within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted (e.g., during a vacation closure). However, if you order Ready-to-Ship items along with Made-to-Order items, your order will not ship until the Made-to-Order items are completed.

 

Safe & Correct Shipping Address

Please double-check that you provide a secure and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • If you realize you've entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update it before your order ships.
  • Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address.

Ensuring a correct address helps prevent delays or lost packages. If you have any concerns, feel free to reach out!

Returns to Sender:

  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to issues with the shipping address provided, customers are responsible for covering the cost of a new shipping label.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will assist you in locating getting a claim filed with UPS.
